We hope that you will have a pleasant time and that you will find complete satisfaction in our residence.

This booklet contains all the useful information for your stay, so don't hesitate to read it and enjoy!

Warning! The key box code is sent separately, a few days before your arrival.

Your arrival General Information

The Vallaya Suites & Spa consists of several holiday apartments that share common areas open to all.

Relaxation side: access to the roof terrace, the billiards table, the gym are completely free. They are open every day from 9am to 10:30pm.
The jacuzzi is free and its access is free from 10am to 9:30pm.

From 7pm to 9:30pm, zen moment (reserved for adults, no children even accompanied). Maximum 6 people at the same time and not privatized.

(prohibited for children under 6 years old, see T&Cs for all the rules of the place). Minors must be accompanied by their parents on the roof and in the jacuzzi.

We remind you that in order to preserve the environment, our kind customers are asked not to leave lights and heaters on unnecessarily. (Heaters must be set to reasonable temperatures and windows closed when using air conditioning).

Your arrival General informations

Massages must be reserved 24 hours in advance by calling Nathalie ROBERT: +33 6 84 96 65 71 (service independent of the residence).

We are not a hotel, there is no reception, no breakfasts, cleaning is done before your arrival and on your departure.

However, if you have a question or a complaint, we can be reached on +33 7 82 37 34 84 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

After 7 p.m. please send an sms, we will call you back in case of emergency.

Departure Information

The apartments must be vacated before 11 a.m.

A supplement of €15 is charged per additional hour (max 1pm).

You are reminded that when you leave:

The keys must be returned to the key box of your apartment
Trash should be taken out
The dishes done and put away
Towels put on the floor at the entrance.

(A supplement of 20€ is charged in the event of non-compliance with these instructions)

You have found an apartment clean and in good condition on your arrival, we would be grateful if you could return it in good condition.

If the apartment is found in an abnormally dirty state (stains on fabrics, walls, etc.) additional costs may be deducted from the deposit.

A penalty of 80€ is applied without possible negotiation, to customers who have smoked in the apartments.

Damage caused during your stay will be charged
